Refund Policies

This document contains the refund policies for all Joomlaholic products. Please read this document carefully before you acquire licenses for Joomlaholic products. If you pay for Joomlaholic product licenses, we will accept that you have read and accepted this document content.

 

Refund Policy for Seyret Video Component Pro License:

  1. As we accept only Paypal transactions, refunds will be issued with only Paypal. So users cannot request to get refunds via bank account, e-check etc.
  2. For any reason, if you don't like our product and don't want to use it anymore, we offer you a first 15 days full refund. This period will start just after your payment date and time. There is an exception for our full refund policy. Using Seyret Video Component on adult, warez or illegal sites is strictly prohibited. If you install Seyret Video Component on any adult, warez or illegal site, this will be a reason to cancel your license. When we cancel your license for this reason, we keep the right for not to refund your payment as you don't obey the rules of terms of use agreement.
  3. After first 15 days, we offer you another 30 days. But during this second 30 days period, we offer you a partial refund. During second 30 days period, partial refund ratio will be 3 / 4 of your payment.
  4. We will not refund any payments after first 45 days period.
  5. Refund procedure should be started by the user from http://www.seyretusers.com . You can find a detailed documentation about refund procedure in our documents, at this link.
  6. You accept that on every refund request, a 2 / 5 ratio of your original payment will be deducted from your Virtual Seyret Dollars account.
  7. You'll not be able to acquire a new license for your cancelled license domain for one month. This means that until one month later from your refund procedure, you will not be able to get a new license for your domain.
  8. Under normal circumstances, if you start refund procedure from http://www.seyretusers.com, you'll get your refund in a short time. However if it fails for some reasons, you should contact to us, with all details of your payment. In this case you'll get your refund within 15 days.
  9. If you initiate a refund procedure, you assure that you will uninstall Seyret Video Component after your refund procedure is completed.
