Xmoov and background execution in our website

1.I don't like to request feature which take a long time to be executed.
2.I like to request features which is important in our website.

My requests is about Xmoov and background execution.
Xmoov -> http://stream.xmoov.com/ (very great tool to move your video at x time and which can be added very simple - I succeded with: longtail player,hwd component and with flowplayer). This technology just been implemented by Blip.tv . Try some videos from blip.tv to move at any time you want. Is not a great thing? This tool will drasticaly reduce our bandwidth.
Background execution -> Pleople which upload large file don't like to stay on the website to converts this video files, so why you don't create a simple background execution. From my experience must be easy to implement this and with great impact. Pleople from our website start to like to upload video files and seyret will have a long life and of course many clients.

I understand that it is necessary to have more votes to prioritize this great features.
